How we know the player counts
Hytale itself does not publish player counts. Servers that run the HyQuery status plugin do, so we ask each of them every 2 minutes and show the answer: name, players online, game version and MOTD. Servers without the plugin are not listed, because we could not tell whether they are running at all.
How to join a Hytale server
Copy the address from the list, start Hytale, open the server list and add a server by address. If the address ends with a colon and a number (for example :5521), paste it together with that number – it is the port, and the game will not find the server without it.
Own a server?
Adding a server is free and is done on the Polish site: add your Hytale server. You need the HyQuery plugin so we can read the status. Voting also happens there.
